Glenn Miller
Glenn grew up in Madras, Oregon, and graduated in 1974. He went on to serve in the United States
Air Force from 1975 to 1979. In 1986, Glenn moved to Dufur, where he worked for the Forest Service
until 1992. He was then hired by the City of Dufur as an operator, where he obtained his wastewater
certification and Level 1 certification.

During his 23-year career with the City of Dufur, Glenn advanced to the position of City
Superintendent. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in water distribution,
wastewater collection, installing new service connections, and repairing water lines.

Glenn has now been a resident of Pine Hollow for several years and remains committed to serving his
community. He brings a strong work ethic and hands-on experience, always willing to step in and
help wherever needed—even if that means getting in the ditch.

Michael J Richards (Mike)
I am a 67-year-old Christian man, married to my wife Diana for 46 years, a father of three, and a
proud grandfather of two. We moved to Pine Hollow full-time in May 2025.

I enjoy fishing, hunting, golf, hiking, working on old cars, and improving our home. I spent over
40 years working for a nationwide coin-operated laundry company, starting in the warehouse and
retiring as the PNW Regional Operations Manager. After retiring, my wife and I owned a general
contracting business
specializing in remodels and renovations.

From 2014 to 2025, we managed a youth camp and later owned and operated a 4-bedroom bed and
breakfast—both of which included water systems that I personally operated.

I bring experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction, business management, accounting, and
QuickBooks. I believe my background and hands-on experience with water systems and operations make
me well-qualified to serve the Water District
